Celebrate Bike Month With the ConnectSmart Biking Challenge May 23 - June 5!

Hey riders, did you know the ConnectSmart app can help you plan your rides as you cycle throughout the Greater Houston region? And although cyclists already earn rewards when using ConnectSmart’s bicycle navigation feature, in celebration of Bike Month, we’re releasing a Biking Challenge Bingo Game you can play from May 23rd to June 5th to earn 5 Coins!

ConnectSmart is unlike any other mobility app, with cycling features unseen elsewhere. Only ConnectSmart’s trip planner prioritizes Houston’s High Comfort Bike Lanes for biking routes. As you plan your bike trip, ConnectSmart ranks bike routes on a scale from one to ten based on how bike-friendly or comfortable the routes are. The higher the “Comfort Score'' the more separation and protection bicyclists have from vehicles on the road throughout their trip.

In addition to earning rewards by using ConnectSmart, you can log your rides in the Love to Ride app to record your ride for H-GAC’s Bike the Gulf Bike Month Challenge!
